In November 2005 the Hudson Deli was launched on premises at 95 Keilor Park Drive, Tullamarine. The Hudson Deli has been an ingenious addition to Hudson Pacific Corporation, using the resources of the company to offer a connoisseur's selection of cold meats and an extensive assortment of cheese and antipasto as well as all the favourite Mediterranean and European specialty foods and ingredients, direct to the public. Expansion of the Hudson Deli by consumer demand has seen the addition of a frozen foods area in 2007.

 

In 2004 Hudson Pacific Corporation became the largest member of the Countrywide National Distribution Group which allows Hudson Pacific to offer its customers competitive prices through streamlining and improving its own supplier processes and relationships.
